RETURN-REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

1. We are very strict about quality. Any genuine manufacturing defect or mistake from our end will be eligible for replacement.

2. Customers can return-replace their orders within 7 days of the order delivery.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all original tags and packing intact.

4. To schedule a return-replacement, please drop us a mail to support@colorbay.in, with the following details:

5. After we receive your request we will need 3-5 days time to validate the return and resolve the issue.

6. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the same, get a fresh one delivered to your doorstep. The Reverse Pickup facility is available on limited pin-codes.

7. If you choose to self-ship product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped products, we recommend you do it through a reliable local courier service or India Speed Post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
